2. Scope of Services

Seedripe operates three primary verticals under one technological platform:

• The AI Plant Nursery: Online retail and fulfillment of pre-acclimatized live plants, handcrafted planters, bio-active soil mixes, tools, and cold-pressed organic remedies delivered pan-India.
• AI Plant Doctor & Telemetry: Automated computer-vision plant health screening, species identification, and weather-aware care scheduling.
• Corporate Plantscaping: Turnkey office plant leasing, living green walls, custom corporate gifting, and scheduled white-glove horticulturist maintenance (AMC).

3. Orders, Delivery & Arrives-Alive Promise

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We ship live plants across all serviceable PIN codes in India using custom-engineered, breathable shockproof transit containers with moisture-locking plugs.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel any unfulfilled order directly from your order management page prior to nursery dispatch. Once cancelled, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, cancellations cannot be accepted once the consignment is handed over to the courier partner.

5. AI Plant Doctor Advisory Disclaimer

The AI Plant Doctor provides automated diagnoses and care recommendations generated by AI from the photos and details you share. No tool is always right: the app tells you how sure it is, and says so when a photo isn't clear enough. Results also depend on your plant's surroundings, such as light, water and temperature.

Diagnostic advice is provided for educational and care guidance purposes. Seedripe is not liable for secondary plant loss resulting from severe underlying root conditions that cannot be determined through surface photography alone.

6. Seedripe Plus Membership

Seedripe Plus is an optional paid plan in the Seedripe app. Without it, you get 3 free photo scans of a sick plant each calendar month (India time).

• Plans: ₹99 for 30 days, ₹249 for 90 days, or ₹699 for 365 days. Prices include GST.
• What you get: free delivery on every order in Delhi NCR; free delivery elsewhere in India on orders of ₹499 or more (₹299 below that); unlimited photo scans; 10% off soil and fertiliser; the 14-day plant guarantee (section 7); and, with the 365-day plan, a welcome gift in your next order.
• No auto-debit: a plan is paid once and simply ends. Buying again before it ends adds the new time after the current plan.
• Free trial: after your first paid order you get 15 days of Plus free, once per account. The trial does not include the plant guarantee.
• Refunds: if you change your mind within 7 days of paying and haven't used any Plus benefit, write to us for a full refund.
• Discounts together: when a Plus discount and a promo code apply to the same order, together they take off at most 30% of the items' price.

7. 14-Day Plant Guarantee (Seedripe Plus)

For members on a paid Seedripe Plus plan when the plant is delivered. If a plant bought from Seedripe dies within 14 days of delivery, we give you store credit for the price you paid for it.

• Switch it on: take a photo of the plant in the app within 48 hours of delivery.
• To claim: within 14 days of delivery, take a new photo of the plant in the app, with its Seedripe tag showing.
• How we check: we compare the two photos. A clear match is approved at once; otherwise our team looks at it and may ask for more.
• Credit: a single-use code, valid for 60 days. One claim every 3 months per account.
• This is on top of the arrives-alive promise in section 3, which covers every customer.

8. Office Plant Plans

For corporate clients under a Plantscaping Master Service Agreement (MSA):

• Zero CapEx & Ownership: Plants and planters remain the property of Seedripe under an all-inclusive operating lease.
• Free replacements: Our team checks every plant on each care visit and replaces unhealthy ones at no extra cost.
• How long you sign up for: The first 3 months let the plants settle in. After that it's month-to-month.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
